- Online credit card payment
Online instant payment by credit card is supported, and customers can pay in full using their credit card during checkout. The supported credit card types are VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEX . Transactions are subject to a 4% handling fee.
- Octopus Wallet (formerly O!ePay)
Customers can pay using their Octopus wallet and there is no transaction fee. Please fill in the payer's phone number when checking out. A payment link will be sent via Whatsapp within 12 hours after the order is confirmed. Please pay with the link within 24 hours and send a screenshot of the receipt via Whatsapp, indicating the order number, name and phone number for confirmation. .

Customers can use FPS to pay. Please pay by FPS within 2 days and send a screenshot of the receipt via Whatsapp, indicating the order number, name and phone number for confirmation.
After payment is completed and confirmed by our company, the goods will usually be shipped the next day. Please contact us with any questions. ***If the customer confirms the order and requests a refund after paying, the company will deduct 5% of the total amount as a handling fee***
Delivery methods
Hong Kong local delivery
We can arrange SF Express delivery in Hong Kong. After completing the order, it will usually be sent out the next day. It will arrive at the address filled in by the customer in about 1-2 working days.
Some products may be in the procurement process and may take a long time to be shipped. For product availability, you can click the dialogue button on the lower right to inquire with us.
*If shipping to an SF Express self-pickup point, please fill in the address and point code of the SF Express self-pickup point in the order delivery address column.
Delivery service hours: Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays and public holidays.
The daily order cut-off time is 4:00 pm. Orders completed after 4:00 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Overseas Shipping - International Shipping
Please be noted that under the COVID-19 pandemic postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.
The service is open to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom
All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.
All orders made outside Hong Kong/Macau (include Mainland China) will be shipped through Hong Kong Post (Sm@rtPost). We will arrange the most suitable shipping services based on weight of goods and directly to residential/commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to PO box nor Hotel). Tracking number will be included.
Order will be processed within 12 hours.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after Order is confirmed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.
Some cities / areas / countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination location. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
