MICRO band saw MBS 240/E



Rugged, ribbed die-cast aluminum housing (not tubular or sheet metal construction).
Double spherical bearings are mounted on aluminum pulleys. Sturdy milled worktable with bevel guide groove (can be tilted 45°). Three-ball band saw guide wheel, adjustable in height and width, used to match band saw blades of different widths. Low noise 220 - 240V motor with Optibelt toothed drive belt. Electronic speed control system for precise and ideal cutting.
(Can be cut and shaped in one go, no need to repeat trimming). There is a speed instruction table posted on the fuselage.
(Recommended speeds for various materials are noted). The standard saw blade size is 5.0 x 0.4mm ideal for fine cuts and small radius cuts. Technical Information:

After payment is completed and confirmed by our company, the goods will usually be shipped the next day. Please contact us with any questions. ***If the customer confirms the order and requests a refund after paying, the company will deduct 5% of the total amount as a handling fee***

Delivery methods

Hong Kong local delivery

We can arrange SF Express delivery in Hong Kong. After completing the order, it will usually be sent out the next day. It will arrive at the address filled in by the customer in about 1-2 working days.
Some products may be in the procurement process and may take a long time to be shipped. For product availability, you can click the dialogue button on the lower right to inquire with us.

*If shipping to an SF Express self-pickup point, please fill in the address and point code of the SF Express self-pickup point in the order delivery address column.

Delivery service hours: Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays and public holidays.

The daily order cut-off time is 4:00 pm. Orders completed after 4:00 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Overseas Shipping - International Shipping

Please be noted that under the COVID-19 pandemic postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.

All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.

All orders made outside Hong Kong/Macau (include Mainland China) will be shipped through Hong Kong Post (Sm@rtPost). We will arrange the most suitable shipping services based on weight of goods and directly to residential/commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to PO box nor Hotel). Tracking number will be included.

Order will be processed within 12 hours.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after Order is confirmed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.

Some cities / areas / countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us.
