MICROMOT Drilling and Milling Machine 230/E



Used for drilling, milling, grinding, polishing, brushing, cutting and engraving. The extra-thin body design (made of fiberglass-reinforced nylon) is equipped with a comfortable and soft grip area, making it easy to operate with just two fingers (like holding a pen).
Specially balanced, low noise, long durability DC motor. Adjusted by full-wave electronic speed control
The rotation speed of MICROMOT 230/E can be continuously reduced from a maximum of 22,000rpm to 6,000rpm. Phase angle control enables the same high torque in the low speed range as in the high speed range. Ideal for use in fine micro-drilling, brushing and polishing processes.
Sturdy body, ball bearing spindle and high-quality MICROMOT steel collet: ensure that the smallest shaft can be accurately clamped without any noise or vibration.

Equipped with a push-button locking knob for easy replacement of the head handle. Standard 20mm neck diameter can be used
Used with MICROMOT vertical drill stand MB 200 and universal clamp UHZ. One steel collet (1-1.5-2-2.4-3 and 3.2) is included as standard.

After payment is completed and confirmed by our company, the goods will usually be shipped the next day. Please contact us with any questions. ***If the customer confirms the order and requests a refund after paying, the company will deduct 5% of the total amount as a handling fee***

Delivery methods

Hong Kong local delivery

We can arrange SF Express delivery in Hong Kong. After completing the order, it will usually be sent out the next day. It will arrive at the address filled in by the customer in about 1-2 working days.
Some products may be in the procurement process and may take a long time to be shipped. For product availability, you can click the dialogue button on the lower right to inquire with us.

*If shipping to an SF Express self-pickup point, please fill in the address and point code of the SF Express self-pickup point in the order delivery address column.

Delivery service hours: Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays and public holidays.

The daily order cut-off time is 4:00 pm. Orders completed after 4:00 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please be noted that under the COVID-19 pandemic postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.

All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.

All orders made outside Hong Kong/Macau (include Mainland China) will be shipped through Hong Kong Post (Sm@rtPost). We will arrange the most suitable shipping services based on weight of goods and directly to residential/commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to PO box nor Hotel). Tracking number will be included.

Order will be processed within 12 hours.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after Order is confirmed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.

Some cities / areas / countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us.
