PD 400 lathe system



It is used for straight, transverse, taper, internal and external threads, slotting and other operations, with ideal processing results. Processable materials: mild steel, copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals and alloys.
Even under high-intensity operations, extremely small errors can be maintained. A wide variety of accessories are available for the PD 400 lathe system. The lathe is already equipped with a milled interface for mounting the PF 400 fixed drilling and milling head. Technical Parameters:
The center distance is 400mm and the center height is 85mm. The rotation diameter is 116mm. Sturdy, ribbed lathe table made of reinforced milled cast iron. Extra large spindle with 2 adjustable tapered bearings, MT3 taper, bore 20.5mm. The maximum operating error of the rotating shaft without a chuck is 5/1,000mm. The precision 3-jaw chuck has a clamping range of up to 100mm. The belt drive provides 6 spindle speeds: Level 1: 80/330/1,400rpm; Level 2: 160/660/2,800rpm.

Powerful and quiet single-phase motor, output power 550W. Practical hand wheel with zero scale reset function. Can slide sideways and vertically.
1 scale = 0.025mm. 1 circle=1.0mm.
Tailstock and capstan: 1 scale=0.05mm,
1 circle=1.5mm. The automatic feed speed is 0.07 or 0.14mm/turn. Built-in gearbox with replaceable gears available in 19 pitches: 2.0 - 0.25 - 0.3 - 0.4 - 0.45 - 0.5 - 0.6 - 0.7 - 0.75 - 0.8 - 0.9 - 1.0 - 1.25 - 1.50 - 1.75 - 2.0 - 2.5 - 3.0 mm. Standard threads with 10-48 teeth can also be machined.

Includes movable top center MK2 and 10mm MK2 gear chuck. The lateral stroke of the slider is 85mm,
Longitudinal stroke 52mm.
When turning a cone,

Delivery methods

Hong Kong local delivery

We can arrange SF Express delivery in Hong Kong. After completing the order, it will usually be sent out the next day. It will arrive at the address filled in by the customer in about 1-2 working days.
Some products may be in the procurement process and may take a long time to be shipped. For product availability, you can click the dialogue button on the lower right to inquire with us.

*If shipping to an SF Express self-pickup point, please fill in the address and point code of the SF Express self-pickup point in the order delivery address column.

Delivery service hours: Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays and public holidays.

The daily order cut-off time is 4:00 pm. Orders completed after 4:00 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please be noted that under the COVID-19 pandemic postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.

All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.

All orders made outside Hong Kong/Macau (include Mainland China) will be shipped through Hong Kong Post (Sm@rtPost). We will arrange the most suitable shipping services based on weight of goods and directly to residential/commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to PO box nor Hotel). Tracking number will be included.

Order will be processed within 12 hours.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after Order is confirmed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.

Some cities / areas / countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us.
