Precision lathe PD 250/E



頂心間距 250mm。 頂心至床身導軌高度 70mm。 頂心至十字滑板高度 43mm.

床身：經過自然時效處理的鑄鐵製成，寬腿棱型導軌。 即使在高 負荷下也能實現無振動工作。 後部法蘭底座用以固定安裝精密鑽 銑頭 PF 230。 床身前部保護罩內置導螺杆。

主軸箱：由壓鑄鋁製成。 主軸安裝精密軸承（主軸同心度 1/100mm，不含卡盤)。 帶有10.5mm 貫通孔。 卡盤外徑 70mm 內孔14mm。 MK2 標準錐度。 切換自動進給旋鈕開關可通過導螺 杆使車床以（0.05或0.1mm / 圈）的速度自動進給。

尾座：壓鑄鋁製成。套筒直徑 18mm，尾座心軸行程 30mm。 有毫米刻度尺，MK1標準錐度及活動頂心。

刀架：車床拖板由壓鑄鋅製成。 鋼制十字滑板及上滑板（滑動範 圍橫向60mm，縱向45mm)。 旋轉刀架可夾持8×8mm車刀。

驅動：特製安靜直流電機, 通過調整驅動皮帶實現三級皮帶輪 輸出 300 - 900 和 3,000rpm。 電子控速(全波)100 - 300 或 1,000rpm。 正反轉旋鈕。 主電源開關帶急停功能和重啟保護.

車床卡盤：符合DIN8386 標準1級高品質三爪卡盤（同心度 0.04mm)。 卡盤夾持範圍，通過反爪可達 2 - 75mm。 卡盤保護 罩有安全停機功能。 手輪：鋁制, 帶有可調刻度環 (1刻度 = 0.05mm，1圈 = 1mm)。

車螺紋裝置：配有多組齒輪可車削左旋及右旋螺紋，8 種最常 用公制螺距為（0.5- - 0.625 - 0.7 - 0.75 - 0.8 - 1 - 1.25 - 1.5mm)。

香港本地寄送

香港本地我們可安排順豐配送，完成訂購後，一般於翌日寄出，大約1-2天工作天會到達客人所填寫的地址。
部分貨品或正處於採購過程，可能需要較長時間後才寄出，有關貨品供貨情況，可點右下對話按鈕與我們查詢。

*如寄送至順豐自提點，請在訂單 運送地址欄 填寫該順豐自提點的地址及點碼。

寄送服務時間 : 星期一至五，星期六及公眾假期休息。

每天截單時間為下午4時正，每天4時後、星期六日及公眾假期完成的訂單會在下一個工作天處理。

All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.

All orders made outside Hong Kong/Macau (include Mainland China) will be shipped through Hong Kong Post (Sm@rtPost).  We will arrange the most suitable shipping services based on weight of goods and directly to residential/commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to P.O. box nor Hotel). Tracking number will be included.

Order will be process within 12 hours.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after Order is confirmed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.

Some cities / areas / countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us.
