PD 400車床系統
用於徑直, 橫向, 錐度, 內外螺紋, 開槽等作業, 加工效果理想。 可加工材料:軟鋼, 銅鋁等有色金屬及合金.
即使在高強度作業下, 也能保持極微小的誤差。 品種繁多的配套元件可於PD 400車床系統配套。 該車床已經裝備了經過銑制的介面 (用於安裝固定鑽銑機頭 PF 400)。 技術參數:
中心間距400mm, 中心高度85mm。 旋轉直徑為116mm。 堅固, 有棱的車床工作臺由強化銑制鑄鐵製成。 帶2個可調節錐形軸承的特大主軸, MT3錐度, 穿鏜孔20.5mm。 轉軸在無夾頭情況下最大運轉誤差為5/1,000mm。 精密的3爪夾頭夾持範圍可達100mm。 皮帶驅動可提供6種主軸轉速: 1級: 80/330/1,400rpm; 2級:160 / 660 / 2,800rpm。
功率強大又安靜的單相電機, 輸出功率550W。 實用的手搖輪帶有零刻度復位功能。 可側位滑動和豎直滑動.
1刻度=0.025mm。 1圈=1.0mm.
尾座和主導軸: 1刻度=0.05mm,
1圈=1.5mm。 自動進給速度為0.07或 0.14mm/圈。 帶有可替換齒輪的內置齒輪箱 可提供19種間距:2.0 - 0.25 - 0.3 - 0.4 - 0.45 - 0.5 - 0.6 - 0.7 - 0.75 - 0.8 - 0.9 - 1.0 - 1.25 - 1.50 - 1.75 - 2.0 - 2.5 - 3.0mm。 也可車出10-48齒的標準螺紋.
