精密車床 FD 150/E
機床帶有耐久的壓鑄鋁制燕尾槽導軌.
壓鑄鋁主軸箱。 裝配有非常安靜的直流電機, 兩檔皮帶輪驅動和電子速控, 低轉速時具有大扭力輸出, 可用於加工大型物件; 通過調整合適的切割速度, 亦可以用來切割極小的物件。 主電源開關帶有緊急停機和自動重啟保護功能。 主軸箱安裝有精密軸承, 並帶有8.5mm直徑的貫通孔, 卡盤可安裝標準型號ER11的筒夾頭.
三爪卡盤, 自定心, 正爪夾持範圍。 (1.5 - 32mm), 反爪夾持範圍。 (20 - 60mm).
壓鑄鋁制 尾部 帶有轉軸和活動頂心 (適合孔徑標準為MK 0/短型).
建議: 可以用工具杆手動更換或調節安裝在車床上面的夾具。 旋轉工具可安裝 尺寸為6 x 6mm的車刀。 頭部滑軌 (60mm, Z軸移動距離) 和橫軸滑軌 (40mm, X軸移動距離).
滑軌上的車刀架可調節角度, 轉動範圍為正反各45°.
手輪 帶有零刻度復位功能 (1刻度=0.05mm, 1圈=1.0mm).

額定電壓:220 - 240V。 50/60 Hz.
頂心間距:150mm。 頂心至工作臺高度: 55mm。 頂心至滑動塊高度:33mm.
頭部滑軌 (60mm, Z軸移動距離)

滑軌上的車刀架可調節角度,旋轉工具可安裝尺寸為6 x 6mm的車刀。
