Precision lathe FD 150/E
The machine features durable die-cast aluminum dovetail guides.
Die-cast aluminum headstock. Equipped with a very quiet DC motor, two-speed pulley drive and electronic speed control, it has large torque output at low speed and can be used to process large objects; by adjusting the appropriate cutting speed, it can also be used to cut very small objects. The main power switch has emergency shutdown and automatic restart protection functions. The spindle box is equipped with precision bearings and has a through hole with a diameter of 8.5mm. The chuck can be installed with a standard model ER11 collet.
Three-jaw chuck, self-centering, positive jaw clamping range. (1.5 - 32mm), anti-claw clamping range. (20 - 60mm).
Die-cast aluminum tail with rotating shaft and movable top center (suitable for bore diameter MK 0/short type).
Tip: Clamps mounted on the lathe can be manually changed or adjusted using the tool bar. The rotary tool accepts turning tools measuring 6 x 6mm. Head slide rail (60mm, Z-axis movement distance) and horizontal axis slide rail (40mm, X-axis movement distance).
The angle of the turning tool holder on the slide rail is adjustable, and the rotation range is 45° in the forward and reverse directions.
The handwheel has a zero-scale reset function (1 scale=0.05mm, 1 circle=1.0mm).

Tracking number will be included.
Order will be process within 12 hours.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after Order is confirmed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.
