退貨政策

訂單取消/退回

接收商品後請妥善保管紙箱、配送單及收據。

 

除非商品本身有瑕疵或缺件,否則本站將不接受取消訂單以及商品的退換貨。原則上我們會以相同的商品交換有瑕疵的商品。

 

所有消耗品(模型顏料、上色用具、模型工具等)不設退換服務。

 

請注意,如您單方面取消訂單或拒絕(或“不進行”)商品簽收程序,本公司將可能停止您現有的訂單、不再接受您日後的訂單並且不允許您參與本站所舉辦的所有活動。

 

如有任何關於訂單取消及貨品退回引起的爭議,eshop@TwinnerModel保留一切最終決定權。

 

商品缺陷

所有商品的售後服務期限為7天,如發現商品出現瑕疵或缺件問題,請您拍照存證後, 並於商品接收日起7天內與本站聯絡,否則一律不予受理。

 

若產品之原包裝盒有任何摺損、磨損、凹陷或其他類似的情況,但不影響產品本身品質,則本公司有權拒絕客戶更換產品或退款要求。當我們收到您的聯絡後,本站將會調查相關問題並採取因應措施(如更換零件等售後服務)。(有關商品缺陷的再配送費及手續費將由eshop@TwinnerModel負擔)

 

如有任何關於商品缺陷引起的爭議,eshop@TwinnerModel保留一切最終決定權。

 

產品包裝盒缺陷

產品包裝盒僅為配送商品使用。產品箱子受傷,髒污, 破毀, 破損等原因,恕不作任何更換。敬請見諒!

 

RETURN POLICY

ORDER CANCELLATION / RETURN

Please save the carton box, shipping slip, and packing slip as were received.

 

We do not accept cancellation, exchange, nor return of goods unless there is a defect in the product, we do not offer cancellation policy. Please keep in mind that you cannot cancel the confirmed order once you have pressed the “Confirm” button to confirm the purchase order.

 

All consumable products (such as paint, tools, accessories) are excepted from Return Policy and non-exchangeable.

 

*Please note that if there is a one-sided cancellation or refusal (or “No Show”) to process the order, we may not accept your future purchase orders nor grant your participation in our sales campaigns. In addition, all of your current orders will be stopped processing.

 

DEFECTIVE

Should you find any defect in our products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt including clear, close-up photos of the defective parts along with a detailed explanation. We will take prompt action (e.g., exchange of goods, etc.) upon receiving your defect reported. (Shipping and handling fees will be covered by eshop@TwinnerModel.)

 

In case of any dispute, eshop@TwinnerModel reserves the rights of final and absolute discretion.

 

PRODUCT PACKAGE DAMAGE

Please understand that product package purpose of use is for delivery, we are not liable for the damages made to the package but not to the product itself; and therefore, such case will not be eligible for exchange.

 

 

Please understand that the original product packaging is designed to protect the product. We regret that damage to the package itself does not warrant a replacement. We will refuse all claims regarding damaged packaging.
