Precision lathe PD 250/E
The distance between top and center is 250mm. The height from the top center to the bed guide rail is 70mm. The height from the top center to the cross slide is 43mm.
Lathe bed: Made of naturally aged cast iron, with wide-leg ribbed guide rails. Vibration-free operation even under high loads. The rear flange base is used to securely install the precision drilling and milling head PF 230. The front protective cover of the bed has a built-in lead screw.
Spindle box: Made of die-cast aluminum. The spindle is equipped with precision bearings (spindle concentricity 1/100mm, excluding chuck). With 10.5mm through hole. The outer diameter of the chuck is 70mm and the inner hole is 14mm. MK2 standard taper. Switching the automatic feed knob switch can make the lathe automatically feed at a speed of (0.05 or 0.1mm/turn) through the lead screw.
Tailstock: Made of die-cast aluminum. The sleeve diameter is 18mm, and the tailstock spindle stroke is 30mm. It has millimeter scale, MK1 standard taper and movable top center.
Tool holder: The lathe carriage is made of die-cast zinc. Steel cross slide and upper slide (sliding range 60mm horizontally and 45mm vertically). The rotating tool holder can hold 8×8mm turning tools.
Drive: Specially designed quiet DC motor, three-stage pulley output of 300 - 900 and 3,000rpm can be achieved by adjusting the drive belt. Electronic speed control (full wave) 100 - 300 or 1,000rpm. Forward and reverse knob. The main power switch has emergency stop function and restart protection.
Lathe chuck: High-quality three-jaw chuck conforming to DIN8386 standard level 1 (concentricity 0.04mm). The clamping range of the chuck can reach 2 - 75mm through the back claw. The chuck protective cover has a safety shutdown function. Handwheel: Aluminum, with adjustable scale ring (1 scale = 0.05mm, 1 turn = 1mm).
Threading device: Equipped with multiple sets of gears for turning left-hand and right-hand threads. The 8 most commonly used metric thread pitches are (0.5- - 0.625 - 0.7 - 0.75 - 0.8 - 1 - 1.25 - 1.5mm).
