送貨方式
香港本地寄送
注意： 貨品售價並不包括運費。
完成訂購後，通常會於翌日寄出，並在約1-2個工作天內送達客戶所填寫的地址。

SF Express 順豐速運
我們提供順豐配送服務，運費到付。如選擇寄送至順豐自提點，請在結賬時選擇該自提點的地址及點碼。
香港郵政 EC-GET
貨品將寄送至郵政局或智郵站自提。運費會於結賬時計算及收取，請在結賬時於收件地址欄填寫合適的郵政局或智郵站地址。
服務時間
寄送服務時間為星期一至五，星期六及公眾假期休息。
截單時間為每天下午4時正。所有在4時後、星期六、日及公眾假期完成的訂單將於下一個工作天處理。
海外寄送 - International Shipping
Please be noted that under the COVID-19 pandemic postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.
The service is open to Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom
All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.
All orders made outside Hong Kong/Macau (include Mainland China) will be shipped through Hong Kong Post (Sm@rtPost). We will arrange the most suitable shipping services based on weight of goods and directly to residential/commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to P.O. box nor Hotel). Tracking number will be included.
Order will be process within 12 hours.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after Order is confirmed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.
Some cities / areas / countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination location. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

本預訂條款（以下簡稱「本條款」）適用於在 twinnermodel.com（以下簡稱「本網站」、「本公司」）進行之預訂/訂購行為。下單及完成付款即表示閣下已閱讀、理解並完全同意受本條款約束。若對條款有疑問，請於下單前聯絡本公司客服。
1. 訂購與商品查閱
若欲確認商品詳細資料，請於商品頁按示意（例如放大鏡）查看商品圖像與說明。
本網站部分商品為預訂（預購）商品：請於選擇購買時選擇「訂金」或（針對香港以外地區顧客）選擇「全款（香港以外地區適用）」，然後加入購物車。
若欲購買現貨商品，請直接點選「加入購物車」。
2. 購物車與結帳
購物車內可確認欲購買之商品與價格；如需更改數量，請更改「數量」欄並點選「更新購物車」。
確認無誤後請點選「結帳」完成訂單程序。若繼續選購其他商品，請點選「繼續購物」。
3. 送貨方式
所有貨品一律以 快遞配送（Courier） 方式出貨，本公司統一安排快遞服務（例如順豐速運或其他合約快遞商）。
顧客需於結帳時提供完整收件資料（詳細地址或順豐站點／編碼或智能櫃）、收件人姓名、電話及電郵地址。
資料一經確認不得更改，請務必確保正確無誤。
澳門及台灣地區出貨亦同樣使用快遞服務，費用一律由收件人到付。
4. 付款方式與付款確認
本公司接受下列付款方式：
信用卡（Visa / MasterCard） — 即時付款完成交易。
支付寶（Alipay） — 結帳後即時付款，並將付款截圖發送至本公司確認。
微信支付（WeChat Pay） — 結帳後即時付款，並將付款截圖發送至本公司確認。
八達通手機應用程式（O!ePay） — 結帳後請即日完成付款，並發送收據截圖（需註明訂單編號、姓名及電話）。
Google Pay — 網上即時付款。

5. 聯絡資料與通知
所有訂單均必須提供聯絡人姓名及有效 WhatsApp 聯絡電話，以便本公司通知出貨安排及訂單處理。
一旦訂單資料（包括收件人、聯絡電話、取貨方式等）確定後，如需更改，本公司會收取行政費 港幣$20；若資料已明確標示「一經確認不可更改」，則以該狀況為準。
6. 到貨、取貨期限與逾期
預計到貨日期僅供參考，實際出貨或到貨時間可能因生產商安排而提早或延遲，請以官方發佈及本公司通知為準。
出貨後請顧客留意快遞公司配送安排，如因收件人資料錯誤或未能及時收件導致退回，本公司恕不承擔責任，並有權向顧客收取再次配送之費用。
7. 訂單取消、變更與訂金政策
訂單一經確認，一般不可取消或更換訂購內容。如需取消，訂金通常不予退還（以訂單成立時之條款為準）。
若因發行商或代理商取消發售或 cut 單，本公司會全數退還已付之訂金/款項。
如需更改訂單資料（若本公司允許），本公司會收取行政費用（港幣$20）並以本公司最終確認為準。
8. 商品瑕疵與退換貨
若商品到貨後經檢查發現瑕疵或缺件，請直接與該商品之發行商/廠商聯絡處理；本公司一般不接受商品退貨或換貨（除非發行商/代理另有安排或本公司另行聲明）。
顧客在收貨時應即時檢查包裝及商品狀況，如發現明顯運送損壞或短缺，請保留包裝並於收到貨後儘快聯絡本公司。
9. 查詢與客戶服務
