配送範圍

• 順豐配送服務地區包括香港島、九龍、新界、離島及澳門。
• 可安排順豐盒子，如有需要，請在下單時註明
• 不接受郵政信箱作為送貨地址。
• 每張訂單只限送往一個地址。如要將貨品配送不同地址，請按不同地址分開下單。

配送時間

• 確認付款成功後，一般訂單需時 1-2 個工作天處理及寄出，視存貨而定。
• 於正常情況下，標準配送服務於2-3 個工作天內送抵收貨地址。香港特別行政區偏遠地區的訂單，額外需時3至4個工作天送達。
• 星期六、日及公眾假期的訂單會在下一個工作天處理。。
• 貨物寄出前本店會確定貨品沒有損毀及妥善包裝才寄出，唯無法保證貨品在派送途中會否遇到意外而遭到損壞，而本店亦不會對因在派送途中遇到意外而損壞的貨品作出更換或賠償。

貨物追蹤/更改地址

• 貨物寄出後，可以於訂單頁面中檢視運單號碼。如有需要，請自行聯絡順豐速運以追蹤貨件。
• 貨物寄出後，如有需要更改地址，請自行聯絡順豐速運另作安排。額外費用由客戶支付。

順豐點自提服務 (適用於香港及澳門)

• 客人可於結帳時填寫指定的順豐自提點自取貨品。(包括順豐營業點﹑順豐站﹑順豐智能櫃及順豐合作點)
• 請重覆確認所輸入的電話號碼 (+852) 可以接收香港發出文字短訊 (SMS)。
• 確認付款成功後，一般訂單需時1-2個工作天處理及寄出，視存貨而定。
• 貨品寄出後，一般於2-3個工作天便可送抵指定的順豐自提點，收件人電話號碼會收到由順豐速運發出的取件密碼短訊。
• 顧客可前往指定順豐自提點提取貨品。
• 請於收到短訊後30小時內提取貨品。有關逾期未取貨品之安排，請致電順豐速運客戶服務熱線 2730 0273查詢。
• 貨物寄出前本店會確定貨品沒有損毀及妥善包裝才寄出，唯無法保證貨品在派送途中會否遇到意外而遭到損壞，而本店亦不會對因在派送途中遇到意外而損壞的貨品作出更換或賠償。

海外寄送 - International Shipping

Please be noted that under the COVID-19 pandemic local postal operations at the destinations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.

The service is open for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.

All orders made outside Hong Kong/Macau (include Mainland China) will be shipped through Hong Kong Post (Sm@rtPost).  We will arrange the most suitable shipping services based on weight of goods and directly to residential/commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to P.O. box nor Hotel). Tracking number will be included.

Order will be process within 12 hours.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after Order is confirmed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.

Some cities / areas / countries outside Hong Kong may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination location. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly. 

Import Duties/Taxes

Some international destinations may require import duties. Buyers are responsible for the import duties. Import Duties varies from product to product, and its destinations.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
