Micro precision milling machine FF 500



This is a precision milling and drilling machine. The column is a dovetail slide structure, which can meet your needs for precision processing and is made in Europe. Strong aluminum column, durable.
The working concentricity is precise, with an accuracy of 0.05mm. The head frame with dial can be rotated 90 degrees left and right and locked in position (1 turn = 1.0mm). Six spindle speeds can be achieved through pulleys and V-belts, 180 - 350 - 550 - 800 - 1,300 - 2,500rpm. The spindle uses 6, 8, 10, and 12mm collets (including sets). When the vertical drill handle is pressed down, the stroke is 30mm (feed 1.0mm by rotating 1 scale). Large cross table with 3 T-slots. Technical Parameters:

Delivery methods

Hong Kong local delivery

We can arrange SF Express delivery in Hong Kong. After completing the order, it will usually be sent out the next day. It will arrive at the address filled in by the customer in about 1-2 working days.
Some products may be in the procurement process and may take a long time to be shipped. For product availability, you can click the dialogue button on the lower right to inquire with us.

*If shipping to an SF Express self-pickup point, please fill in the address and point code of the SF Express self-pickup point in the order delivery address column.

Delivery service hours: Monday to Friday, closed on Saturdays and public holidays.

The daily order cut-off time is 4:00 pm. Orders completed after 4:00 pm, on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please be noted that under the COVID-19 pandemic postal operations are still under the influence of the pandemic and delays in mail delivery are expected.

All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.

All orders made outside Hong Kong/Macau (include Mainland China) will be shipped through Hong Kong Post (Sm@rtPost). We will arrange the most suitable shipping services based on weight of goods and directly to residential/commercial addresses (and we do NOT deliver to PO box nor Hotel). Tracking number will be included.

Order will be processed within 12 hours.

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after Order is confirmed unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email confirming dispatch.
